Screenwriter/creative
I am a Colombian screenwriter and writer. For more than twenty years, I built my career in advertising, working as a creative director, producer, and content creator. It was there that writing became the heart of my work, and screenwriting my main creative territory.
Since then, I have developed projects for film and television spanning science fiction, thriller, dark comedy, and magical realism. My work has received selections and recognition at international festivals and screenwriting competitions.
Literature is also an essential part of my journey as a writer. I am the author of How to Be a Violet Dragon – Confessions of a Dragon, and I continue to develop my literary work alongside my film and television projects.
My writing grows out of a curiosity for things that do not always have a single explanation, and from a connection to the fantastic that is also rooted in my family history. I am drawn to stories that move between the visible and the intangible, but above all, to stories that confront their characters with what it truly means to be human.
