SYNOPSIS
The body of a lion is found on the altar of the Basilica of San Lorenzo in Florence. The inexplicable event leads historian Lorenzo Iachelo into an investigation that connects the present day with 15th-century Florence and a secret preserved for centuries.
Together with biologist Ana Inglese, Lorenzo follows the trail of Savonarola, the Medici, and Botticelli, while discovering that two opposing forces are fighting to control the fulfillment of an ancient prophecy. At the crossroads of science, faith, and history, they must decipher a mystery capable of transforming what we believe we know about our origins.
